Alutec was found in 1999 and we used “HCM“ as our trade brand in the beginning. From 2002, we established ALUTEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD, and started to design and manufacture auto performance parts. In the meantime, “ALUTEC^® “ became our logo from that time. In 2008, we changed the company name to KAISTENG ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.

PRODUCT FEATURE

Appearance –
For concerning about the style shape of the bar, we re-design the construction. We modify the whole set of structure without changing construction strength. According to this, we could have more streamline and brilliant looking.

The mounting is all made by CNC and the appearance is much better than the products which are made by press.  Furthermore, the hand welding for the mounting and the bracket makes the balance and the torque more effective.

Material –
The mounting is used by aerospace quality aluminum material. Its high hardness provides reinforcement  between the top of the shock absorber and the body. This can prevent the shape changed. For the material that we use for bar is Aluminum 6061, which is more flexible than Aluminum 7005. Due to its give, the structure of the bar won’t
be changed when the bar and the car body are pulling and dragging.

Weight –
By using aerospace quality aluminum material, the weight is controlled around 1.5KG to achieve lightweight

Structure –
The bar is with inner twin I-beam cross-section design and the tensile strength for every square mm2 can bear over 35KG, which is 30% higher than the similar products.
